Olga Rote is a business mediator at Result ADR. She specializes in mediating business disputes, including partnerships and conflicts between contracting parties, such as employment disputes and works councils. Additionally, she facilitates group mediations, such as shareholder conflicts within partnerships. Olga is also active as a family mediator. Her extensive experience as an employment and dismissal lawyer makes her a well-rounded mediator. Known for her speed, decisiveness, and ability to foster a solution-focused environment, Olga conducts mediations in both Dutch and English and has been an MfN-registered mediator since 2008.
With over 30 years of experience as a lawyer, Olga spent the first 11 years of her career at a major international law firm before establishing her own boutique firm. She often works at the intersection of employment and corporate law, handling cases involving mergers, business transitions, and works councils.
Olga is a member of the Dutch Association of Employment Lawyers (VAAN) and the Netherlands Association of Employment Law Attorneys (NVMA). She also conducts webinars and courses on employment law, mediation, and negotiation. For several years, she served as a supervisor in sectors such as healthcare. Additionally, she is an independent chairperson for Complaints Committees addressing cross-boundary behavior.
