About Nicolaas
Nicolaas studied both Economics and Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. From 1984 to 2020, he worked as a lawyer in Dordrecht and Middelburg, managing a practice focused on employment and corporate law, while also serving as a trustee in numerous bankruptcy cases.
For 25 years, Nicolaas was a partner and served for several years on the board of the largest law firm in Zeeland. Since 1996, he has been registered as an MfN mediator, and since 2010, he has been affiliated with Result Mediation.
Nicolaas has extensive experience as a supervisory board member in healthcare institutions (Supervisory Boards) and as a commissioner at a housing corporation. Additionally, he has gained significant experience as a disciplinary judge in the legal profession at the Court of Discipline.
With his diverse background and years of experience in various roles and sectors, Nicolaas brings a unique combination of expertise, reliability, and solution-oriented focus to every mediation and advisory position he undertakes.
