About Mark

Mark Versteeg has a legal background and has worked in the field of human resources and employment relations for many years, both in the private sector and within government. As a result, he now has more than 40 years of experience in resolving conflicts, both at an individual level and at a collective level (works councils and trade unions).

Thanks to his extensive experience in a wide range of organisations, Mark understands that there are always two sides to every conflict and knows that both parties have ‘their own story’. He helps parties to see the other person’s reality as well, enabling them to find a solution to their conflict more effectively. Parties feel safe with Mark, allowing him to quickly get to the heart of the conflict and uncover what both parties truly want.
