Marjolein in her own words
To me, mediation means that parties are willing to work through a conflict in a professional manner and with respect for one another, while working together to find solutions to what divides them. I find it valuable to bring parties together at the table and create space for an equal conversation, in which everyone feels heard and seen, and where the parties themselves make choices about the most suitable and sustainable solutions for both of them, going beyond a mediocre compromise.
