About Marieke

Marieke has a background in business services, employment mediation, coaching, training, and organizational development. As a Senior Advisor (2007-2023), primarily within the public sector, she frequently dealt with (mandatory/desired) employment mobility, often rooted in underlying conflicts. This has given her a deep understanding of the landscape in which conflicts arise and the diverse interests at play.

With 25 years of experience in leadership, advisory, and commercial roles, Marieke has gained valuable insights into the inner workings of many companies. This enables her to empathize with workplace situations and the interests involved at various levels. Drawing on her more than 15 years of experience as a coach and trainer, Marieke is skilled at asking the right questions to uncover the core issues, enabling her to facilitate a sustainable resolution between parties.

In addition to her work as an MfN-registered mediator, Marieke also serves as a community mediator, helping resolve neighborhood disputes in her hometown of Apeldoorn.
