About Florine
Until 2018, Florine worked as a lawyer at a leading law firm in Amsterdam and in corporate litigation at a boutique firm. She then transitioned to the corporate world, where she served as General Counsel, overseeing the legal department of a fast-growing FinTech company.
During her time as a lawyer and corporate counsel, Florine gained extensive experience in dispute resolution, assisting companies and stakeholders in (potential) conflicts and restructurings. She has also developed expertise in employment law and commercial (IT) contracts.
As a mediator, Florine focuses on guiding employment mediations in a broad sense, as well as mediations with a corporate law background.
In addition to her mediation work, Florine serves as an (interim) legal counsel. She also volunteers in community mediation and acts as secretary for integrity investigations and employment law appeals committees.
