Caroline brings more than 20 years of international executive and management experience from working within complex, multinational organizations. In global leadership roles in the areas of Risk Management, Investigations, Strategy, and New Business Development, as General Manager of International Business, and as the leader of an international consulting team, she has managed and resolved complex business issues and conflicts.

As a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, she was called upon to handle sensitive and complex disputes between internal and external parties, where diverging interests, commercial pressure, and personal dynamics converged.
